OUR UNIQUE APPROACH
NCPI offers a variety of grinding mill solutions for clients to choose from, including new mills, re-engineered unused mills, repurposed mills , interchangeable components and turnkey mill islands.
We incorporate the latest innovations in grinding mill technology, such as 2-pad bearings, 4-pad bearings, direct drive mills, and next-generation vertically stirred mills for ultra-fine grinding applications.
Our full in-house engineering capabilities include mechanical design, structural design, fluid film design, and mill process design.
In-house manufacturing at K5 Heavy Engineering, Allcon, and Lubetech allows NCPI to control quality of the critical component supply as well as offer optimized delivery.
Our aftermarket spares and service offerings ensure that our clients achieve optimal mill availability and maximize the lifespan of their mill components.
Our Supply and Capabilities
NCPI specialize in supplying new grinding mills globally. We provide comprehensive refurbishment solutions and are considered as global industry leaders in this field.
NCPI provides turnkey solutions, including mill manufacture, delivery, supply, installation, and commissioning services.
- We have access to one of the largest engineering workshops in Africa: K5 Heavy Engineering, which spans 20,000m² and features a 200t lifting capacity, and can machine and roll steel plate up to 260mm thick.
- Allcon Engineering – A 10,000m manufacturing facility specializing in the manufacture of feed chutes, trommel inserts, main trunnion bearing housing, bedplates, and all guards.
- Lubetech – Design and supply of oil and grease mill lubrication systems for all NCPI grinding mills. Offering spare supply, service and upgrade of clients existing lubrication systems and site services.
